The Tennessee Volunteer football team is still not a year removed from the NCAA’s most recent sanctions for recruiting breaches, which totaled over 200.

SI.com’s Pat Forde writes that the NCAA has initiated a fresh inquiry into the Volunteers’ name, image, and likeness, perhaps leading to additional fines.

According to Forde’s findings, the NCAA denied a request for comment on the case, and the alleged violations, aside from the relation to NIL, remain exceedingly obscure.
