Roy Keane calls Ten Hag and Manchester United players “absolute rubbish” despite Everton’s victory.

Roy Keane, the former captain of Manchester United, has blasted Erik ten Hag, the manager, for giving Bruno Fernandes credit for allowing Marcus Rashford to convert a penalty against Everton.

The referee gave a penalty after a foul on Anthony Martial, with United ahead 1-0 as a result of Alejandro Garnacho’s incredible goal.

The team’s designated penalty taker, Fernandes, decided to let Rashford take it.

It was now 2-0 as the England attacker took the opportunity to convert.

Keane chastised Ten Hag for endorsing Fernandes’ choice following the game.

He declared: “He’s giving Bruno some toffee over there for passing the ball and getting the penalty.”

“Total bloody nonsense. That is complete garbage to come out with.
